Francisco has been with us for 4 years. He started as assembler B, went to Material Handler, became assembler A, and then became a welder for DW LINE, where he welds flanges, spring seats, and spiders for 20K air. He can work in many positions and does it every day with no hesitation. Francisco gets in and gets the job done no matter what. He has a wonderful personality, gets along with all team players, and is a true hard worker with an upbeat smile every day.

Kim's job is to schedule the work to be run each night on the sprung, Torflex, and/or dual-wheel lines. She does this and checks to ensure we have the parts on hand, and the location is correct so that the work can be done promptly. When the plant manager needs something run, he will ask her to make sure it gets done because she has always done this for him. She will talk to the group leaders to let them know what needs to be done, and they all listen to and respect her for it. She does a great job at her job. Kim handles everything from scheduling to finding missing orders to ensuring the orders are done and in the system. She is at least a team player for Dexter and the people she works with.

German is knowledgeable of each machine in his welding department. He takes full responsibility for his duties and shows initiative when he needs to create an efficient flow to the assembly lines. He is the first to be called on when a welding machine goes down. This helps the maintenance department deal with higher-priority issues within the plant. German will also step up and fill in as an operator. German is also our material handler for the welding department. This helps avoid any downtime when rack changes are necessary to maintain efficiency.

Maria is always dependable in her attendance and attention to all the details in leading her production units. She is our go-to when we have questions on parts. She has excellent knowledge of our products and helps to maintain inventory levels in her department by notifying materials when parts are getting low. Recently, she was asked to take on an additional unit to lead. She accepted this new responsibility gracefully and has already mastered the line and knowledge of the products and parts. She has a keen knowledge of the capacity limitations of her units and will request additional capacity when needed. Maria has a very pleasant and kind disposition and is very approachable and helpful. She is definitely an asset to our organization! She is dependable, consistent at work, and on time. She follows up when needed and always responds quickly to inquiries. She consistently keeps customers in mind and knows their typical buying patterns. If she notices something unusual for them, she will bring it to customer service's attention. She is also very safety conscious.
